How We Ship - We usually ship U.P.S.; however we occasionally use the U.S.P.S . Shipping costs are figured on how many plants you buy. Minimum shipping charge is $9.50. The shipping charges are for ground shipping--if you live west of the Mississippi it is recommended that you upgrade your shipment to air. International orders or people living in Alaska and Puerto rico will need to inquire about the additional cost of shipping.

If your plants are going to be delivered after May 1st it is also recommended that you order one of our reusable cold packs to keep your plants cool during shipment (these cool packs can be reused to keep lunches cool). Cold packs can be added as a shipping option in checkout and one is enough for most shipments.

When We Ship (weather permitting): We usually ship spring orders from the middle of March until the third week in June. In colder climates we do not ship your plants until the proper time for your area unless you make prior arrangements. Shipping for fall orders starts early October and goes through November. In warm areas we can ship all year round if you make arrangements prior to placing your order.

Payment - We accept all major credit cards (your card is charged when you place your order). You may also print out you order and send in a check or money order.

Free Gifts - Every plant order of $25.00 or more will receive a free gift plant of our choice. Offer is not valid on dry goods, sale items, or specials.

Our Guarantee - We guarantee to send healthy plants. Guarantee is voided if you do no follow planting instructions in our planting guide or if plants are not handled in a responsible manner. Furthermore, if you live west of the Mississippi and do not order air shipping, you do so at your own risk. If any plants fail to grow within 30 days we will replace them in accordance with the following:

1. Send your request in writing with a copy of your receipt and probable cause of failure
2. Please send $3.50 for each lily or lotus and $1.00 for each marginal to cover packing and handling
3. Add sufficient money to cover shipping (30%) of the original plant cost

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds.
